Shipping

We currently use USPS for shipment of our products. You may receive shipping confirmation with a tracking number once your order is shipped, if not, please request one via email.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

All international shipments will be USPS First Class International for packages under 4 pounds or International Priority Mail confirmed.

Orders will ship by service customer selects during checkout process.

Other shipping options are available and are displayed for the items you are purchasing.

We try to ship within 24 - 48 hours of receiving your cleared payment.

Items with total weight less than one pound will ship USPS First Class Mail unless customer indicates otherwise.

Orders with multiple items purchased will be combined together for shipment when shipping to same address.

Return Policy

All efforts are made to clearly display and describe the products sold on this site in order that you may purchase the ones suitable to you. If you have any questions about our products we are happy to answer them prior to your purchase. All sales are final.

Should you receive a product that is defective in manufacture it may be replaced at the discretion of Aremes Fermentis Inc.
